1.强夯施工使用前建成绝缘,线路,漏电保护器,定向开关,皮带,偏心块等,确认无问题后方可使用。

2.强夯施工操作时两个人操作,一人扶夯机,一人整理电线,防止夯头打断电源线,发生触电事故。

3.强夯施工不得在冻土,坚石,碎砖石杂土上夯打,夯机拐弯时,不得猛拐和撒把不扶任其自由行走。

4.夯机作业时,机前2m内不得有人。多台夯机夯打时,其左右距离不得小于5m ,前后距离不得小于10m 。作业人员需穿绝缘鞋,戴绝缘手套。

5.随机的电源应保持3-4m 余量,发现电缆线扭结,缠绕,破裂时,应及时断电,停止作业,马上修理。

6.挪夯机前要断电,绑好偏心块,盘好缆线.往坑槽里放夯机时应用绳索放下,严禁推扔夯机。工作完后,断电锁好阀箱,将夯机放在干燥处和防潮,防雨处保管。
